On-The-Job HAZCOM training procedure; HAZARD COMMUNICATION (HAZCOM) INFORMATION AND TRAINING compliance PROGRAM in accordance with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Act) standard 29 CFR 1926.59
All employees, including sub-contractors, temporary and part-time employees, working with or potentially exposed to hazardous chemicals, will be informed and trained about the hazardous chemicals used.
MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEETS – Familiarization
The Safety Data Sheet (SDS) is the primary document of the HAZCOM Program. Stormwater Facilities, Inc. is required by OSHA to have an SDS for each hazardous chemical used.
