Winterizing Services for Community Marina
Stormwater Facilities is proud to have successfully wrapped up the Southdown Shores Association project in Edgewater, Maryland. This project at the community marina was focused on providing the association with winterizing capabilities for their water service.
Our scope of work on the project included installing a new water metering vault with a live tap, removing and restoring asphalt, and connecting the existing water service line to the pier.
As with most projects, it was not completed without its challenges. We ran into unexpected, perched water that our team of experienced professionals expertly mitigated.
Going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, we trained the association how to properly use the water shut off and frost-free hydrant that we installed for efficient winterization. We also provided the association with a new water shut-off key.
We are pleased to have played a role in keeping the community-focused Southdown Shores Association running smoothly and vibrantly with our underground utilities expertise.
