City of Rockville

City of Rockville

Project: City of Rockville

Project Overview

It’s a common mistake – commercial properties used an aluminum access hatch instead of a commercial-grade, traffic-bearing, steel H25-rated hatch. We’ve seen it before and were happy to be called in to replace the failing access hatch for the City of Rockville.

Though this was a fairly straightforward project for our team of experts, construction work is known for running into surprises. This project was no exception.

When replacing the failing access hatch, the new hatch was about an inch higher than the old one. Our crew made grading adjustments to allow an eased approach, successfully completing the job with the quality that our customer deserved.

Thank you to East Quality Concrete for once again helping us deliver another successful project!
