Project Overview
We were honored that the Fornwalt family trusted us with the demolition and construction of their residential, new build project.
This multi-faceted, site development project involved everything from clearing and demolition to stormwater management and utility upgrades.
Challenges arose when working near steep slopes and overgrown water frontage, as well as navigating around and disposing of buried trash and debris.
We were also surprised to discover old facilities – such as the original hand-dug water well, dry well, and septic tank. You never know what you will find during a construction project!
Thank you to the Fornwalt’s neighbors, who were very supportive and understanding during the construction duration. Additionally, our trusted subcontractor, East Quality Concrete, was remarkable by safely upgrading the retaining wall during high temperatures to keep the project on schedule.
