Stormwater Facilities has a unique client on this project in Millersville, Maryland, for Nastos Construction – K9 dogs!
As part of this Anne Arundel County Special Operations and K-9 Unit project, we are greatly improving the facility’s storm water management systems by installing erosion and sediment controls and protections with micro-bioretention ponds and storm drains. We are also installing new water services, relocating the impound lot, and enhancing the fire line.
Necessary design changes regarding the water supply and existing septic drain field created challenges in the impound lot area. However, our team of professionals has mitigated these issues to alleviate delays and logistical setbacks to keep this project moving forward.
