Epping Forest Water Works

Project Overview

Epping Forest Water Works is a  community-owned waterworks providing water to the majority of the private Epping Forest community’s residents near Annapolis, MD. Epping Forest Water Works is situated near the banks of the Severn River.

Stormwater Facilities was chosen as the site development contractor for improvements to the Epping Forest Water Works to perform site work, landscaping, demolition of an existing settling tank, and installation of the new 1,500 gallon settling tank. The site required careful work in this waterfront community, taking into account the community’s reliance on their small waterworks utilities as well as the delicate balance of the surrounding ecosystem.
