High’s Convenience Store

Project Overview

The new Highs Convenience Store in Gambrills, Maryland is part of a brand revitalization project. The new Gambrills, Maryland location is the first store to have all the elements from the project. The new store included, new signage, interior layout, 12 fueling positions and is open 24 hours a day.

Stormwater Facilities was tasked with the site grading and paving 17,200 square feet of asphalt, installation of associated concrete curb, gutter and sidewalk, stabilizing 21, 200 square feet of soil and widening 7,020 square feet of state highway.  Site also required 600 feet of sanitary sewer extension, connection to public sewer and 500 feet of public water service extension.
